Built for the on-call engineer who has to say yes or no
Human approval on the surface that fits.
Your agent wants to do something risky and needs a human to say go or no-go, right now, wherever that human happens to be: Slack at the desk, SMS on the road, biometric on the phone. SynOI dispatches the request per tenant policy. That risk tier is what SynOI calls Class C, its highest-risk action tier.

The HITL page expands with surface-by-surface latency numbers, denial-handling semantics, and the timeout-is-denial guarantee. Today the structure is in product; the dedicated landing is light.
- Slack: channel message with approve/deny buttons; HMAC-verified webhook
- SMS: Twilio Y/N reply; signed reply; 5-minute anti-replay window
- Desktop: native OS notification (Windows, macOS, Linux) via SynOI Desktop Helper
- Mobile: biometric push notification (coming Q3 2026 · SynOI Mobile)
- Email: magic-link approval (coming · with SOC 2)
- Home Assistant: reference integration publishes approval-pending events over MQTT so a physical space becomes the approval surface (lights, voice prompt, tablet tap); the MQTT channel is tested, gateway-side wiring is next
- Timeout = denied · the rule is locked and non-negotiable
